We provide members and non-members a variety of services.

Members: 

We provide our members up to date information through our newsletter, THE VOICE. 

We also have an ALERTS program for those with email - giving you important, timely information.  So it is important to let us know if you've changed your email address. 

We also provide members assistance for problems - by phone seven days a week (8am to 9pm), and by email.  Please remember we ARE NOT ATTORNEYS and CAN NOT GIVE LEGAL ADVICE, but we will try to steer you in the right direction. We have a list of attorneys which is available for our members.

Reduced fee legal services:  We now have a program - our attorney will write a letter in your behalf for $100, will chat with you for 30 minutes for $75, or will answer a simple legal question for $35.  Our attorney usually charges $375/hour.  Many are taking advantage of this program.  Cost:  $25/year to join the program...

We now have a blog, AROUND CALIFORNIA, which provides you up to the minute news articles from around California of importance to owners of mobilehomes.

Of course this website is available to research a topic at any time.

Non-Members:

Non-members can access most information available to members.  We do not mail non-members THE VOICE however. 

Non-members are free to use our website.

We distribute THE WHISPER, a single page, two sided informational flier into parks  and both members and non-members receive it. Our goal is to inform, educate, and offer non-members a chance to join us to help UNIFY mobilehome owners across the state.  Let us know if you want to distribute THE WHISPER in your park.
