COMO-CAL provides you the tools to be informed, know your rights, and be protected. This is a guide to using our tools effectively: 1. HANDBOOK of FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS: This Handbook was compiled by the Senate Select Committee on Manufactured Housing in California. Every mobile/manufactured home owner should keep a copy for reference. It can be purchased from COMO-CAL for $5 plus $1.50 postage by sending a check to COMO-CAL, P.O. Box 4821, Chatsworth, Ca. 91313. Or you can call us at 800-929-6061 or 818-886-6479 and pay using a credit card. Now less than 5 months after publishing it, we have sold over 1,000 copies to residents, managers, and park owners across California. 2. LEGAL SERVICES: We do not offer legal services at this time. 3. THE VOICE: Our bi-monthly newsletter, THE VOICE, has been endorsed by many as the most informative newsletter for mobile/manufactured home owners in California. It is usually 16-20 pages. Use it to stay current with developments in California that affect your lifestyle and rights. 4. AROUND CALIFORNIA: This is a blog. It features recent articles from around California. 5.
