Our Frequently Asked Questions Handbook:

We now provide all mobilehome owners (you don't have to belong to COMO-CAL) a terrific 36 page Handbook with answers to 58 commonly asked questions about mobile/manufactured law.  It was compiled by the Senate Select Committee in Sacramento.  We also tell about COMO-CAL, and have articles by our attorney and Vice President.  Testimonials and a contact list for COMO-CAL is also listed.

Legislation/Propositions:

Through the years we have worked hard to promote legislation that would help mobile/manufactured home owners.  We also worked as hard to defeat legislation  that would hurt you.  Often times we alerted you to harmful propositions before anyone else - as was the case with Prop 90 and 98.

List of Attorneys:

We recommend attorneys familiar with mobilehome law to help with litigation or give advice. It’s your dime of course, but their fees are reasonable and they have experience with the MRL and other laws regarding mobilehomes in rental parks.
